1. Returns Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return unused, unworn, or defective items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide your order number or receipt.
Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear, and sale items are final sale unless faulty.

3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Method: Refunds go to your original payment provider.
- Deductions: Return shipping costs (for non-faulty items) may be deducted.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Email us to confirm before returning.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings, swimwear, and sale/clearance items (unless faulty).
- Custom-made or personalized orders.
7. AU Consumer Rights
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days.
